This semi-detached house in St Albans had already had a 2-storey extension. Our brief was to enlarge on the existing ground floor and to improve the overall room proportions.

The proposed floor plan makes use of the land to the side of this semi-detached house, by orientating the extension to the fan of the crescent that the house sits on. 

 

The project is due to commence on site in late spring.
